TF Sport in pursuit of success in British GT season opener
Returning to defend their GT3 Teams’ Championship, TF Sport tee-up with the season-new Aston Martin Vantage V8 GT3. Its predecessor V12-powered Vantage became British GT’s most successful GT3 model during its seven-year reign, propelling the team into an ideal position to take back-to-back titles.
The championship begins at Oulton Park this [Easter] weekend where we will again field two cars. Mark Farmer and Nicki Thiim return to us in the #2 after a well-fought season, while Graham Davidson pairs with three-time British GT Champion, Jonny Adam in the #47.
The weekend comprises of two one-hour races, where competitors must make one mandatory pitstop that conforms with the minimum pit-stop time (70s for GT3s and 105s for GT4s). The top three finishers in each class from the previous round must also serve an additional 10, 7, 5 second success penalty during their mandatory pit-stop.
